UPDATE: I had such a great experience with Precision for snow removal that I also hired them for a roof replacement this summer. The work was outstanding, and the new roof will be much better at handling those cold winter months. Thanks again Precision! ORIGINAL: I cannot praise the Precision Roofing team enough! My home was suffering from water damage due to a severe ice dam, and I needed it removed ASAP. Despite a very busy schedule, Precision came out the same day I called. Before selecting a candidate roofing company we researched many local companies and selected 3 vendors that we decided to talk to. Erik of Precision Roofing stood out from the others. We are very pleased with the project with Precision Roofing. Their service team was professional, hardworking and friendly. The team was also efficient and at the end of each day thoroughly cleaned all work areas. There was always someone available to talk with if we had questions. Just want to give a big shout out and thank you to Craig, Lance and the whole team at Precision Roofing! They replaced our 20+ year roof this fall and the experience of working with them was amazing from start to finish. The roof looks great and we are very happy with the quality of the work. Craig was so easy to work with- kind and courteous, comprehensive, and extremely knowledgeable. He took time to answer all our questions, including making a return visit to discuss specifics about our attic venting. The proposal was clear and specific, no hidden costs. On the day of the job, we found Lance and everyone on the team to be courteous, professional and hard-working. They stayed as long as was needed to get the job done. Absolutely Fabulous Roof Replacement Recently had Precision Roofing replace our long neglected, deteriorated roof and gutters. From start to finish, the whole process was very smooth. Craig came to our house to meet with us and explained everything in the replacement process. What to expect, what they might encounter and how to prepare for them. He drew up a well detailed estimate for everything including with a worse case scenario. We knew exactly what we might need. Proceeded to move forward in the repairs. Picked out the right combination of colors that would work best and promptly received a call letting us know they were ready to start in a few days. Not weeks. Day of installation arrives, Lance and crew arrive bright and early in the morning. Ready to go !!! Very carefully laying out tarps for material removal. Old roof off in no time. Quick work. Noticed a few weak boards that needed replacing and the laying down new material. Amazed at how much time and effort they took to get this done correctly. When all was done, we had a dumpster bin full of old material and zero waste anywhere around the house/yard. Absolutely amazing roofing/gutter repair. Top notch customer service and support. Thank you for the opportunity to work together and saving our roofing. The best team out there. No longer have to worry about New England weather with this house.
